MEI 2015 aims to bring together researchers in the multi-disciplinary areas of Medical/Health Education, Open Education educational technology and technology enhanced learning, Medicine2.0 and the semantic web, and to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of their research activities. Academics, medical teachers, health professionals, clinicians, psychologists, web scientists, engineers, computer scientists and managers involved in medical education "as it is" or enhanced by ICT innovations, are encouraged to participate in this conference.

Monetary Donations

Monetary contribution is an essential part of your conference. Investing in our conference is a form of investing in the future of field of Medical Education Informatics. Below is a list of sponsorship benefit packages. However, if your organization/business would like a customized package, we will gladly tailor the benefits to match your needs.

Gold Conference Sponsorship Package 2500 €

• Three (3) passes to the MEI2015 conference
• One (1) exhibition booth
• Logo placement on delegate bags
• Second logo placement on the conference website with hyperlink Logo placement on all MEI2015 advertisements

Silver Conference Sponsorship Package 1500 €

• Two (2) passes to the MEI2015 conference
• Logo placement on all MEI2015 advertisements Acknowledgement of sponsorship on website and delegate package

Sponsorship items

Abstract book 1500 €
- Will be distributed to each delegate at the registration and will contain abstracts of all the scientific presentations. The sponsor’s logo will appear on the back cover.

Participation bag insert 500 €
- Companies may include a single A4 insert in the delegate briefcase.

Exhibit Space
Exhibition fee: 3x3 space, 9m2 - 1000 €

Space costs include:

• Allocation of 9m2 of exhibition space

• Refreshments during coffee breaks and Poster Sessions

• Free entrance for 1 person

• Entries in congress literature

• Electronic list of participants post congress

• Company name badges

• Daily cleaning of the common areas

• Electricity outlet (220 V)

• Internet access, wireless

• Storage room

Exhibition/ Sponsorship Booking

• If you wish to apply directly for any of the above please fill in the following booking form and send it to the email address: mei2015@nbevents.gr or by FAX to the: +30 2310 223418

  Once a booking form is received a contact will be sent to you for completion. This contract should be signed and returned with 50% deposit payment to email address above. Alternatively an invoice for deposit can be requested on Booking Form. Once this has been received a confirmation will be mailed to you with an accompanying invoice.

  Terms of Payment

  50% with signed contract
  50% by June 15th, 2015
  All payments must be received before the start day of the conference.
