Aims/objectives:
Understand open educational repositories for sharing learning resources
Understand the mEducator 3.0 purpose of sharing learning resources from distributed Learning Systems
Create and share learning resources in the mEducator 3.0 platform
Search and retrieve learning resources through the mEducator 3.0 platform
Collaborate with other users
Learning outcomes:
Ability to create, share and retrieve learning resources and/or the associated metadata
Understand the concepts behind metadata, repurposing learning resources, companion resources, etc.
Take advantage of already conceived learning/educational resources created elsewhere and made available through the mEducator 3.0 platform
Background:
Interactive demonstration of the mEducator 3.0 platform. This session will be presented by the mEducator 3.0 platform developers. They will guide and resolve any doubts and questions that the attendees might have or might arise in this session.
