Aims/objectives:
To familiarize users with the installation of the Ionic framework
To show users how to install Ionic by using ionic-cli and gather additional environmental information.
To familiarize users with the process of starting a basic Ionic App.
To familiarize users with the process of building a basic Ionic App.
Learning outcomes:
Know how to install Ionic successfully
Know how to gather information about their environment
Create a basic Ionic App by using ionic-cli tools.
Test their Ionic App in a browser based environment
Know how to build a basic Ionic App by using ionic-cli tools.
Create the basic artwork that is necessary for the application.
Emulate their Ionic App in a browser based environment
Background:
Some basic knowledge of command line tools is necessary, as well as basic HTML and Javascript technologies.
